The easy to use application automatically tracks all computer activities, working time, pauses, projects, costs, software and Internet use and presents detailed, richly illustrated reports. You learn which programs were used for how long, when, and by whom. Parents have control over their children`s PC use. The logger runs invisible in the background and monitors all activities on family’s PC or company’s network. You can easily log individual users or specific projects, and compile detailed accounts of time spent within each program. Visual TimeAnalyzer analyses software usage at individual workstations across the network. You can choose detailed reports and analysis graphs for time tracking, time management, project tracking, project management, project cost or attendance. You can choose a user to monitor, a time period for which to monitor etc and get reports on weekly statistics, hourly computer use. You would be able to identify most used programs, online time, active working time, pause times of the user easily. You can similarly identify opened documents, projects, daily summary (diary), history and intensity of program usage, extent of the use of available programs. Besides identifying the top 10 websites visited by the user, the amount of time he has spent these sites as well. The program does not record keystrokes or take internal screen captures.
Overall: Good monitoring program, I`ll even call it ethical as it does not record every keystroke.
